It's about the size of the heart in the town.
Wild Pink Yonder Charitable Society challenges
every town along The Pink Trail
to raise more money (per capita) than the others.
At the same time, we challenge each town
to see which one can be, quite literally, the pinkest
when we ride into town!
Pink hamburger buns. Pink peonies on doorknobs. Pink crosswalks. Pink critters in a petting zoo. Pink lemonade. Pink bunting draped from balconies. Pink Volkswagon beetles. Pink trucks. Pink bras. One entire building painted pink.
The sky is the limit.
And what a lot of fun the citizens of these towns have!
People wearing pink dresses ... pink shoes ... pink shorts ... pink hair ... pink moustaches!
We have towns challenging other towns.
We have mayors challenging mayors.
Parades and parties.
Dinners and dances.
Barbecues and baseball tournaments.
Karaoke.
Bonfires.
